Title: Wreckless: The Yakuza Missions
Review rating: **1/2
Platform/console: GameCube, Playstation2, Xbox
Release date: November 2002
Genre: Racing / Action
Players allowed: 1 to 2
ESRB rating: T (violence)
Production company: Activision

The Dragon (elite police unit) Adventure and Spy Story provide the storylines for the one player mode. The options plus unlockable items, areas and levels boost this game’s replay level, but not to a high level. Smashing into things make it fun. You can cause damage to your car as well as several environmental elements throughout the game.

A low replay value and limited multiplayer modes on the Playstation2 and GameCube versions make this a below average title. The multiplayer mode features a camera view that merges into one screen so you can get your bearings right, a challenging element, but possibly frustrating for players not good at perspectives. Better lighting and graphics on the Xbox version which doesn’t have a multiplayer mode.
